Meet Katie Sciortino Peak, the creator behind The Unfolding Travels

 After four years of living on the Northeast coast of Spain with my husband Rich, I fell in love with the culture, the landscapes, and the people. From the beaches to the countryside, I spent countless hours exploring, uncovering local wonders, and gathering recommendations from locals.

In 2023, I decided to combine my love for travel, photography, and design into a space for fellow seekers of authentic travel experiences.
